Pork Loin butterflied and tenderized. Seasoned with vegetable seasoning and sugar. Filled with apple pie filling and butter. Wrapped in bacon

Chicken bomb

Baking Instructions

*BAKING

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

-put on baking sheet with rack underneath (not required helps crisp bacon) 

- cook for approximately 1-½ hours until the internal temperature of 165 degrees. Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature.  

- at the end for approximately 10 minutes broil bomb to crisp baking, less or more based on desired crispiness of bacon. 

- remove bomb from oven let rest 10 minutes 

-cut and enjoy! 



*SMOKING

-Cook at 275 degrees for 4 hours , turning it up every hour by 25 degrees to get internal temp to 165

-Or cook at 300 degrees for 1-½ to 2 hours get internal temp to 165

Beef bombs

*BAKING

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

-put on baking sheet with rack underneath (not required helps crisp bacon) 

- cook for approximately 1-½ hours until the internal temperature of 135 degrees. Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature.  

- at the end for approximately 10 minutes broil bomb to crisp baking, less or more based on desired crispiness of bacon. 

- remove bomb from oven let rest 10 minutes 

-cut and enjoy!

-Cook at 250 degrees for 4 hours , turning it up every hour by 25 degrees to get internal temp to 135

-Or cook at 275 degrees for 1-½ to 2 hours get internal temp to 135

Pork bombs

*BAKING

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees 

-put on baking sheet with rack underneath (not required helps crisp bacon) 

- cook for approximately 1-½ hours until the internal temperature of 155 degrees. Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature.  

- at the end for approximately 10 minutes broil bomb to crisp baking, less or more based on desired crispiness of bacon. 

- remove bomb from oven let rest 10 minutes 

-cut and enjoy!
